In QAID 1602 the summary and details say, "If the first field in a table
is logical, form view does not display label for next field".
What actually happens is that ALL fields displayed in the same row as
the leading logical field do not display a field label. It all depends
upon the size and shape of the form view as to how many fields are
missing a field label. This can be demonstrated by using F2 to toggle
between browse/grid, columnar and form views while changing the width of
the form.
